This Policy describes what personal data Fiscal Service (“we”) processes when you use fiscalservice.uz, for what purposes and on what basis, and what rights you have. It has been prepared in accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 “On Personal Data” of 2 July 2019.

We collect only the data you enter in the request form: name, phone number, the product you are interested in and, optionally, a message. Your IP address is used briefly to protect against spam and is not stored. We never ask for payment details through the website.
2. Purposes of processing
The data is used to handle your request, respond to you, advise on setting up and servicing cash registers, and protect the website from automated submissions.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give by submitting the form. Providing data is voluntary, but without it we cannot process your request.

Requests are delivered to our staff via Telegram, which may involve transferring data to servers outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. The website is hosted by a hosting provider. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties except where required by law.

The website uses a single functional cookie to remember your language. No web analytics or advertising tracking is used.

Request data is kept until you withdraw consent or ask us to delete it, unless the law requires a longer period.
